FAQ'S

1. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

UK deliveries are sent out through royal mail. It will take 3-7 working days to receive your order. International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail air and will take approximately 5 -10 working days.

2. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We only accept returns if product is faulty or not as described. We will not accept any returns where the product has been removed from protective packaging or tampered with. Exchanges will be accepted but we may require photographic evidence of faulty goods. Any return costs will be the customers expense and as such, we suggest that a courier service with tracking services is used, we do not accept responsibility for lost packages. In a case where any of the above conditions are not met, we still reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
